Role Overview

The Product Support Specialist assists account managers with technical design assistance and helps with technical aspects of sales campaigns. They are responsible for quoting, sizing, building configurations, designing, and architecting solutions. The goal is to build skills, relationships, and industry credibility to drive product and consulting sales.

What You Will Do

Work closely with account teams and sales operations specialists, complete configurations and quotes, collaborate with technical architects, gather pre-sales proposals, and train technical architects on opportunity and quoting process and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a data center setting
  • Extensive knowledge of one or more of the following data center solutions: storage, networking, Compute, virtualization, data center management / automation, and security
