CSG is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the Backplane Team, focused on driving cross-product integration initiatives across platforms such as Ascendon, Xponent, and Quote & Order.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 4 to 6 years in the IT industry.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of IT experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile delivery experience.
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments managing product backlogs and sprint deliverables.
- Proven experience delivering software development or integration projects successfully.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating with distributed or remote teams.
- Strong understanding of SSO, UX principles, APIs, Web Portals, Automated Processes, and system integrations.
- Ability to create functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Preferred experience with B2C and B2B applications.
- CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
