Role Overview

As a Product Manager in the Orchestration team, you will own a sub-area of the product, defining problems, prioritizing, and owning outcomes over multiple quarters. You will work with a dedicated engineering team, design partner, and GTM, and report to the Product lead. Primer is a remote-first company with a culture of written thinking, low bureaucracy, and real ownership.

What You Will Do

You will own the outcomes for your sub-area, define problems worth solving, plan and deliver initiatives, write specs, partner with engineering, and represent your sub-area to merchants and internal stakeholders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be a good fit if you have a track record of owning a product sub-area, can define problems independently, make autonomous trade-offs, and have real technical fluency. You should be comfortable with data analysis and have experience in payments or fintech, particularly routing, processing, authentication, or PSP integration.

  • The ability to define problems independently from messy inputs
