Univision Communications, Inc is hiring a full-time Product Manager – Local based on-site at its Grand Central, Manhattan offices to lead the evolution of advanced advertising solutions across its digital portfolio.
About the Role
TelevisaUnivision's product team is looking for a driven, analytically minded Product Manager to define and deliver next-generation local advertising products. You'll sit at the intersection of technology, sales, and media strategy — translating market needs into scalable digital ad offerings that serve local markets across the company's platforms.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for local advertising solutions, from discovery and roadmap prioritization through launch and iteration
- Collaborate daily with Local Ad Sales teams, agencies, and direct advertisers to surface needs and co-develop innovative ad formats and targeting capabilities
- Define measurement frameworks and performance metrics that demonstrate ROI to local market clients
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and revenue operations to ship high-quality product features on schedule
- Evaluate emerging digital advertising technologies — including programmatic, audience targeting, and contextual solutions — and incorporate them into the product strategy
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends in digital media and ad tech to inform roadmap decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital product management, ideally within media, advertising technology, or a publisher environment
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem — programmatic buying, ad serving, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement
- Experience working alongside sales or revenue teams and translating commercial requirements into product specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and use data to guide product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to both technical teams and business leadership
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving media environment
