Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic direction within Core Markets, defining the long-term product strategy and making the case for organizational decisions.
Requirements
- Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level with experience owning large, strategic product areas
- Exceptional at structuring ambiguous problems
- Strong business and commercial thinking
- Experience working at both a large company and a small/startup company
- Comfortable as an IC: excited to contribute individually at a high level rather than manage a team
- Experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without authority
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
