We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to lead Kyivstar Identity Provider (KIP) – the unified identity layer that powers the entire Kyivstar Group consumer ecosystem. The successful candidate will own the product end-to-end, develop and create buy-in of product strategy, and drive the architectural conversation with partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with proven success defined by metrics
  • Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation to scaled operation
  • Experience with platform, identity, payments, or other infrastructure-class products is a strong plus
  • Direct experience with identity products (SSO, IdP, account management) is the strongest plus
  • Strong technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Proactive by default
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to create and translate product vision, and drive the team to ensure progress
  • Strong stakeholder management at the C-1 level
  • Understanding the specifics of the telco business is a must
  • 1+ years of people management experience will be a plus
