Coordinating the work of a team developing a complex payments system, and managing day-to-day workflows at an operational level

Prioritizing, iteratively breaking down, tracking development tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met

Identifying and managing business requirements and development needs, as well as recognizing blockers and supporting their resolution
-
Maintaining active communication with stakeholders – speaking the language of both the business side and the developers
-
Interpreting relevant metrics and reports, and supporting decision-making based on these (Tableau, JIRA, Confluence)
-
Facilitating and planning workflows based on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
-
Regular collaboration with US-based colleagues (2–3 times per week, typically in the early evening)
Requirements
-
Proficient, advanced English and Hungarian language skills, both spoken and written
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Product Manager / Product Owner role, preferably in an agile software development or technical environment
-
Experience in overseeing and coordinating the full product lifecycle
-
Hands-on knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology, with experience in a similar working environment
-
Sound architectural thinking – understanding technical relationships and system integrations
-
Proficiency in iteratively breaking down projects, tracking progress, and identifying blockers
-
Ability to interpret relevant metrics and support decision-making
-
Strong stakeholder management skills: accurately understanding, managing, and aligning needs
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong time management
-
Solution-oriented, collaborative attitude and a servant leadership mindset
-
Flexibility and change management capability, with the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment

Commitment, results-driven approach, and availability for international collaboration
