The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a product or UX designer, a portfolio with shipped flows, and expertise in Figma, design-system development, WCAG, accessibility, prototyping, spec annotation, and handoff.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a product or UX designer at a SaaS or consumer product company.
- Portfolio with shipped flows.
- Expertise in Figma, design-system development, WCAG, accessibility, prototyping, spec annotation, and handoff.
- Comfortable with product design artifacts: flows, mocks, specs, design system audits.
- Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
