Role Overview As Product Designer at Output-sports, you will own the end-to-end design of digital product surfaces used by people in Ireland and beyond. Your Responsibilities Plan and run light user research, interviews, and usability checks to ground design decisions in real needs. Map user journeys, flows, and information architecture for new and existing product areas. Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and reusable components in modern design tools. Collaborate with product managers and engineers from discovery through handoff, refining specs as constraints emerge. Contribute to and maintain a consistent design language so patterns stay clear across the product. Present concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly while keeping accessibility and inclusive design in mind. Measure success after release by reviewing usage signals and qualitative feedback, then prioritising improvements. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Designer (or closely related product design role) with a portfolio showing shipped digital work. Strong skills in UX research synthesis, interaction design, and visual interface design. Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools used for collaborative product work. Ability to communicate rationale to technical and non-technical partners and to work constructively under deadlines. Understanding of responsive and accessible design practices appropriate to modern web and app products. Comfort working full time on site in Ireland as part of a collaborative product team. Optional but helpful: experience with design systems, basic knowledge of how front-end implementations constrain design, or prior work in fast-moving product environments.
