We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for our organisation. This fully remote role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively and ensure value for money across all procurement activities.
Requirements
- Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating favourable terms
- Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues promptly
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Assist with budget tracking and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage stock levels
