We are seeking a Procurement Contract Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Procurement Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for building long-horizon sourcing tasks, developing scenarios in sourcing and diligence, and conducting contracting tasks. You will also manage vendors through scorecards and renewal analyses. You should have 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, and expertise in vendor due diligence, SOW negotiation, SaaS pricing models, supplier security review, or procurement-tool administration.
Requirements
- 3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
- Expertise in vendor due diligence, SOW negotiation, SaaS pricing models, supplier security review, or procurement-tool administration
- Comfortable with procurement artifacts: RFPs, vendor scorecards, contract summaries, negotiation plans
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
