The Process Engineering Expert – Six Sigma will build long-horizon ops-engineering tasks, develop scenarios in process documentation, conduct yield and quality analyses, and create FMEAs and Six Sigma writeups.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years in process, operations, or manufacturing engineering.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), SPC, FMEA, root cause methodology (5 Whys, fishbone, 8D).
- Proficiency in ops-engineering artifacts: process flows, SOPs, FMEAs, project charters, kaizen reports.
- Strong written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
