About the Role As a Process/Chemical Engineer Energy – Remote, you will help deliver Small Modular Reactor and nuclear fuel cycle facility projects for SNC-Lavalin's US Nuclear group. The work spans design, operations, and project management for both legacy fleets and new-build nuclear assets, with a strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Shape system architecture, flow diagrams, and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for nuclear facilities, auxiliary systems, and fuel cycle models. Assess systems, structures, and components for chemical safety, criticality control, radiation shielding, and defense-in-depth under normal, off-normal, and accident conditions.
