As an in-house team member rather than an outside contractor, you will work directly alongside residents and clinical staff to design and deliver therapy that restores mobility, strength, and independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and create individualized physical therapy plans of care. Provide skilled treatment to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Track progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes accurately. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support each resident's goals. Make a direct, meaningful impact on the lives of those in your care. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current, valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Ohio. Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered rehabilitation care. Availability to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis at the Parma Heights location.
