Printing Operator

DiscountMugs, a leading promotional products brand headquartered in Medley, Miami-Dade County, is hiring a full-time Printing Operator to join its production team.

About the Role

As a Printing Operator at DiscountMugs, you'll be at the heart of what we do — bringing customer orders to life with precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing equipment to produce finished goods that match customer specifications exactly
• Inspect printed output throughout each run to catch and correct inconsistencies before they reach quality control
• Adjust machine settings — speed, pressure, ink coverage, registration — to maintain color accuracy and print quality
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret work orders, artwork files, and production schedules to prioritize and stage jobs efficiently
• Document production counts, waste, and any quality issues accurately
• Collaborate with team leads and quality staff to continuously improve output consistency
• Uphold BEL USA's core values and contribute to a respectful, constructive workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience operating commercial or industrial printing equipment (screen printing, pad printing, digital, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify color, alignment, or finish defects quickly
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable making minor adjustments and performing routine machine upkeep
• Ability to read work orders and production documentation accurately
• Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent output in a fast-paced production setting
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle equipment and materials as needed
• Commitment to quality, safety protocols, and continuous improvement
