Role Overview As Principal Product Advisor for Revenue Management at Workday, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to our product development organization. You'll combine deep industry expertise with customer insights to guide the evolution of our revenue management platform. This is a full-time position that bridges the gap between customer needs, market trends, and product innovation, positioning you at the center of how businesses manage and optimize their revenue operations. What You'll Do Advise product and engineering teams on revenue management features, capabilities, and roadmap priorities Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product strategy Collaborate across sales, finance, and customer success to identify revenue optimization opportunities Provide subject matter expertise on revenue management best practices and industry standards Evaluate competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep Workday's revenue solutions ahead of market needs Work with customers to validate product concepts and gather requirements for new revenue capabilities Support sales and customer success teams with product insights and positioning for revenue management solutions What You Bring Deep expertise and track record in revenue management, subscriptions, or related financial operations Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product strategy Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—with technical and non-technical audiences Experience advising product teams or working in product strategy, consulting, or customer-facing advisory roles Familiarity with Workday's platform or comparable enterprise software solutions Passion for solving complex business challenges around revenue management and financial planning More About Workday Workday is the enterprise cloud platform for human capital management, financial management, planning, and analytics.
