About the Role The Principal, People Transformation & Change owns the execution of Moniepoint's People strategy in Nigeria. Rather than running isolated projects, you will knit Recruitment, Operations, Business Partnering, and Development into a single connected lifecycle. Your charge is to help the People Team keep pace with a business that supports more than 3,000 employees, replacing improvised processes with reliable, automated systems. Key Responsibilities Own the People Transformation Roadmap end to end, delivering each milestone from Q1 through Q4 on schedule and with measurable impact. Run workshops to chart current "As-Is" processes, surface bottlenecks, and design future "To-Be" workflows built around automation and clean data. Convene weekly transformation sessions with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Operations leads to keep dependencies unblocked and teams aligned. Lead change adoption through communications, training, and timely nudges that help managers and employees embrace new ways of working. Stand up governance frameworks that prevent data silos from forming and keep systems talking to one another. Set clear KPIs, track ROI, and report progress regularly to the Chief People Officer. Qualifications 5–7 years in management consulting, People operations, or business transformation, ideally gained inside a high-growth fintech or global tech company. A demonstrated record of leading large-scale HR transformations across multiple regions, with Nigeria and the UK preferred. Deep expertise in process redesign; a Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage. Strong influence with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leading effectively without direct reporting authority. A bias for dismantling manual workarounds, the ability to translate technical detail into clear business value, and resilience working through messy data and legacy systems.
