Introhive is hiring a Principal Client Solutions Architect to act as the senior technical and solution authority for our most strategic client and prospect engagements.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
- Extensive expertise in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
- Executive presence, ability to lead strategic and technical sessions with senior stakeholders
- Advanced solution design skills grounded in real-world feasibility and measurable impact
- Ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Deep familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Consultative acumen, able to challenge assumptions constructively and inspire confidence
- Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams
- Ability to simplify complexity for business leaders while increasing clarity for technical teams
- A passion for team leadership and mentorship, raising the technical and consultative standard
