Principal-AI Platform & Governance Engineer

Role Overview

As a Principal Consultant specializing in AI Platform & Governance Engineer, you will own Enterprise AI Gateway, Local Execution Gateways, and enforce policy and compliance across federated AI architecture.

What You Will Do

Design and implement AI Gateway architecture, configure MCP servers, develop and enforce global/local policies, implement Responsible AI controls, and ensure identity federation and secure token exchange.

You will collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, have experience with LLM Framework, and be aware of model lifecycle management. You will also lead project teams, mentor team members, and oversee project planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• Cloud-native engineering: Azure AKS, AWS EKS, container orchestration
• Policy & governance: OPA/Rego, compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, EU AI Act)
• Security: OAuth2/OpenID Connect, secrets management, data residency
• Interoperability: API design (OpenAPI, JSON schemas), MCP protocol
• DevOps: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Helm)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years in cloud architecture or AI platform engineering
• Hands-on with agentic platforms or AI gateways
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
