We are hiring Portuguese-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role is suited for individuals passionate about the video streaming industry and skilled at delivering exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
What You Will Do
Offer outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries related to video streaming services. Support customers with account management, subscription issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.
