About the Role
As a Porter with Weinstein Properties in Atlanta, Georgia, you will play a hands-on part in shaping the day-to-day appearance and upkeep of one of our local apartment communities. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys contributing to a positive living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, common areas, and amenity spaces throughout the community.
- Remove trash and debris and keep walkways, parking areas, and shared spaces tidy and presentable.
- Support the maintenance team with basic upkeep tasks and the turnover of vacant units as needed.
- Promptly report repair needs, safety concerns, or hazards to community leadership.
- Help create a clean, welcoming first impression that reflects our focus on the resident experience.
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail.
- The ability to perform physical, hands-on work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependability, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude.
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality service.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Atlanta, Fulton County.
