Cypressbrook Management Company is hiring a full-time Porter in Madison, Madison County to help keep our multi-family residential communities clean, safe, and welcoming for every resident.
About the Role
As a Porter with Cypressbrook Management Company, you will play a hands-on part in maintaining the daily appearance and condition of our apartment communities in Madison, Madison County. Working closely with the maintenance and property management teams, you will ensure that grounds, amenities, and common areas consistently meet a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep community grounds, walkways, and parking areas tidy and free of litter and debris.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of building exteriors, the leasing office, and other shared community buildings.
- Care for on-site amenities so they remain clean, functional, and ready for resident use.
- Support the upkeep of multi-family residential property through routine grounds and exterior maintenance tasks.
- Report property concerns and complete assigned duties under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
Qualifications
- A strong eye for detail and pride in keeping a property looking its best.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical, hands-on grounds and exterior tasks.
- Dependability and a willingness to take direction from maintenance and management staff.
- A team-oriented attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction.
