The Role
We are seeking an experienced Podcast Manager to lead the process of managing podcast episodes from start to finish, delivering a seamless experience for both guests and clients (hosts). The ideal candidate will create episodes that add value to our clients’ target customers and ensure that both clients and guests love the experience.
Responsibilities

Respond to outreach and answer guests’ questions to secure their participation in our show

Coordinate between guests and clients, including creating prep materials, questions, and scheduling

Collaborate with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create all episode collateral

Upload podcasts to our hosting platform and distribute them to platforms like Apple and Spotify

Upload episodes to clients’ websites and other relevant platforms
Requirements
-
3-5 years of experience at an agency or media production company

Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

Exceptional communication skills, as the role involves daily interaction with guests and clients via email

Strong administrative skills

Passion for technology

Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and move quickly in a collaborative environment.

Strong creative initiative and ownership mindset from concept to final delivery.
