All work is performed remotely; however, in accordance with HIPAA regulations, patient records must remain inside the United States. Key Responsibilities Conduct objective utilization and peer reviews drawing on your PM&R and pain medicine expertise. Participate in daytime peer-to-peer discussions with treating providers as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality, privacy, and security of protected health information per HIPAA and company policy. Deliver thorough, well-reasoned clinical determinations on a flexible, part-time schedule. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Active, unrestricted state medical license in Minnesota or Oregon. Current board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) plus a completed Pain Fellowship. At least five years of clinical experience, with residency counting toward this requirement. Daytime availability to support peer-to-peer conversations.
