Requirements
- Deliver enthusiastic and personalized support to ARB Interactive Players
- Develop deep expertise in ARB Interactive technology, policies, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with Players through chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Uphold a positive and collaborative company culture
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
