Requirements
- Strong familiarity with building codes, permitting workflows, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Experience as Permit Expeditors coordinating with city agencies, submitting permits, and managing inspection processes.
- Architects with strong knowledge of building codes, design compliance, and plan preparation.
- Government Reviewers / Plan Examiners with experience reviewing and approving permits within municipal or state agencies.
- Deep expertise in one of the following jurisdictions: California, Texas, Florida.
