Join our client-facing consulting team as an experienced CRM & Automation Consultant with hands-on expertise in Pipedrive and Zapier.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, RevOps, CRM, or operational role
- Strong hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM, including workflow automation, CRM configuration, marketplace applications, pipeline and reporting setup
- Advanced Zapier experience with the ability to build reliable multi-step automations
- Experience working with B2B SMEs in operations, sales consulting, or revenue operations environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong process thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed, accountable, and highly organised
- Proactive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier AI, or AI agents in daily workflows
- Ability to work UK business hours
