Conduct consultative meetings with pharmacy decision-makers to assess their needs and recommend relevant McKesson solutions. Generate new business through prospecting and cold outreach, plus collaborative initiatives with internal teams. Create sales proposals, financial analyses, and competitive summaries demonstrating the value of McKesson's offerings. Deliver product demonstrations, merchandising strategies, and business reviews to expand relationships and capture new accounts. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and problem-solving. Track all customer information and pipeline activity accurately in Salesforce, providing reliable forecasts. Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and gather market insights for product improvement. Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen sales effectiveness across the group. Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. 2+ years working in pharmacy, medical supplies, healthcare distribution, or a related healthcare sector. 4+ years of business-to-business field sales experience with complex sales cycles. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or comparable systems. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Analytical and financial acumen; ability to build business cases and interpret customer data.
