About the Role In this full-time Personal Care Specialist position at our Allentown location you will build personal connections with every patient and customer from arrival through departure. Drawing on deep product knowledge and a friendly, upbeat presence, you will guide people toward safe, effective selections while helping keep daily operations smooth, stocked, and fully compliant. You will rotate through front-of-house, back-of-house, and maintenance stations as assigned and uphold high standards of cleanliness, security, and guest privacy throughout every shift.
