Right at Home East Atlanta is seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Monticello, Jasper County, and help local clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
About the Role
As a full-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Right at Home East Atlanta, you will deliver hands-on, person-centered support to seniors and adults who need a little extra help with the routines of daily living. This is an in-person role based in Monticello, Jasper County, with pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour. If you take pride in treating every client with dignity and warmth, this is a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and attentive, respectful one-on-one care.
- Observe and report changes in each client's condition or wellbeing.
- Follow individualized care plans while keeping clients safe and comfortable at home.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of caregiving experience with a home care agency or facility, supporting non-family members, is required for consideration.
- A caring, reliable, and patient approach to working with clients.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional, compassionate service.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Monticello, Jasper County.
