Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, or CRM systems preferred
