As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on our clinical team, you'll take on a flexible role that leverages your expertise in medication-assisted treatment and psychiatric care. Licensed practitioners in North Carolina, Texas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Washington are encouraged to apply. This position offers the autonomy of per diem work—working when it fits your schedule—while contributing to meaningful patient outcomes in substance use disorder treatment and mental health management. Your Responsibilities Deliver direct psychiatric and medical care to patients receiving medication-assisted treatment and managing substance use and mental health disorders via secure telemedicine platforms Collaborate seamlessly with Operations Managers, lead clinicians, and support staff to integrate psychiatric services with wraparound psychosocial support Uphold clinical and regulatory standards by maintaining compliant medical documentation and adhering to state and federal regulations, including CARF accreditation requirements Contribute to a values-driven culture that emphasizes clinical mission, professional integrity, and collaborative teamwork Engage in continuous quality improvement activities that strengthen care delivery and patient safety What You Bring Active, unencumbered Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in one or more of the following states: NC, TX, NJ, MA, OH, PA, WA Master's degree in Nursing or higher Current, unrestricted DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances Active national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Documented experience prescribing medications for addiction treatment (MAT) A genuine commitment to transforming addiction care through accessible, evidence-based clinical practice Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across teams, taking initiative and ownership of diverse clinical tasks Openness to evolving priorities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment More About Eleanor Health Eleanor Health partners with individuals and communities to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal addiction and mental…
