Create Component Interfaces and Integration Broker services to connect PeopleSoft with internal and external systems. Develop and optimize SQR and BI Publisher reports, including performance tuning for complex layouts. Configure and maintain the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for business process automation and notifications. Build nVision financial reports where applicable, ensuring solutions are well-documented and durable. Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into technical designs. Follow enterprise customization standards and minimize core modifications to simplify future upgrades. Lead unit testing, support functional and integration testing, and resolve defects during UAT and post-launch support. Optimize SQL queries against PeopleSoft data structures using explain plans and statistics tuning. Create technical documentation for designs, code, and operational procedures.
