Nando’s is seeking a Regional People Partner to develop and deliver an effective Regional People Plan, partnering with Senior MDs and their teams to attract, identify, select, engage and develop talent from Nandoca through to Regional MD.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Sound understanding of HR principles, legal framework, and the role of HR in Nando’s
- Ability to work in partnership, provide support, guidance, and challenge
