People Operations Lead at Flock in London Position Summary Flock is seeking a People Operations Lead to own and streamline our employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, HRIS, office management, and in-person events. As the People function's engine room, you'll design modern processes that are simple, scalable, and AI-native by default. Reporting to our Senior People Partner, your role will impact everyone from new joiners to the CEO, who prioritizes a safe and supportive culture.
