You will be responsible for a central payroll role in the healthcare sector, working hybrid with a office in Cologne and a lot of creative freedom. You will be responsible for ensuring that our employees can rely on correct and transparent salary payments every month. You will bring structure to complex tariff and remuneration logics and design active Payroll processes at RH Diagnostik & Therapie.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL)
- Mehrjährige, nachweisliche Payroll-Erfahrung
- Tarifpraxis
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
- Sicher in Excel
- Erfahrung mit Abrechnungssystemen und Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten in Systemlandschaften
