PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST — Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT, Darwin Region, Northern Territory Role Overview We are seeking a Payroll and Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic team at Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing as well as maintaining financial records and accounts. What You'll Do Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Support the finance team with other accounting duties as required. What We're Looking For A degree or diploma in Accounting, Payroll, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts management within a retail environment. Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems such as Xero or MYOB. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
