You'll work with executive teams to analyze operational challenges, assess technology capabilities, develop improvement strategies, and guide implementation of enterprise solutions that drive efficiency gains and measurable business impact. What You'll Do Lead consulting engagements assessing and redesigning back office operations for insurance payers Develop operational strategy and technology roadmaps addressing claims, enrollment, provider relations, and financial operations Conduct process improvement assessments including current-state analysis, benchmarking, and future-state design Mentor and manage junior consultants through problem-solving and client interactions Present strategic findings and implementation recommendations to C-level stakeholders Apply knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer-specific operational best practices What We're Looking For Extensive experience in operations consulting, healthcare operations, or payer back office management Proven success leading consulting projects and managing professional teams Deep expertise in operational analysis, process optimization, and/or enterprise technology assessment Knowledge of health insurance operations, Medicare/Medicaid, and healthcare compliance Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% for project requirements How to Apply Submit your application through this job listing with your resume and relevant materials.
