Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patient relations, supporting individuals face-to-face and by telephone.
• Warmly greet patients and guide them through their visit from arrival onward.

• Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when situations call for additional support.
• Apply working knowledge of medical insurance, referral workflows, and benefit plans to assist patients effectively.
