As a Patient Scheduler, you will provide day-to-day support for patient scheduling operations, ensuring timely appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and excellent communication between patients, providers, and medical staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience required
  • 1+ years of EHR system experience (athenaOne preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
  • Strong customer service mindset with compassion and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
