You'll own the end-to-end development of patient recruitment and retention strategies alongside decentralized clinical trials. Partnering with clinical program teams and cross-functional data experts, you'll build integrated enrollment plans that reduce patient burden and accelerate trial timelines while establishing best practices across our portfolio. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Define patient recruitment strategies and feasibility benchmarks for clinical studies, identifying where decentralized or hybrid trial models add value Evaluate and select vendor partners and technology platforms through market research and capability assessments Lead feasibility assessments of trial protocols and sites, analyzing patient populations, regulatory requirements, and technical readiness Collaborate with clinical operations and regulatory specialists to adapt protocols for new recruitment methods and decentralized components Monitor recruitment performance using data analytics to identify bottlenecks and refine strategies for target enrollment Identify and mitigate risks in recruitment execution to safeguard participant safety and data integrity Stay current with evolving regulations, patient privacy requirements, ICH-GCP standards, and emerging recruitment technologies Train clinical teams on patient recruitment best practices and decentralized trial methodologies What You Bring Required: Doctorate degree with 2+ years relevant experience; or Master's degree with 4+ years; or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years; or Associate's degree with 10+ years; or high school diploma with 12+ years relevant experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, clinical research, healthcare, or related field 5+ years in clinical development, clinical operations, patient recruitment, or equivalent roles in pharma, biotech, CROs, or healthcare Proven success designing recruitment campaigns that improved trial enrollment rates Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations including site feasibility, enrollment planning, and enrollment risk management Experience evaluating and managing vendor relationships for recruitment solutions Track record…
