Inova Health is looking for a dedicated Patient Financial Services Representative 4 – Insurance Follow Up to join our Care First (Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield) Payer team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Remote Role. The Patient Financial Services Representative 4 performs the duties of a Patient Financial Services Representative 3 and is responsible for the timely and accurate editing, submission, and/or follow-up of assigned claims.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service or data analytics
- Expertise in Insurance Follow-Up highly preferred
- Experience processing claims for Care First (Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield) payers are highly preferred
- Proficiency in hospital billing systems (e.g., Epic) and insurance verification portals
