How to use this kit

Ground every answer in facts on this page and the original listing. We never invent Glassdoor-style reviews or salaries that are not in our data.

Interview prep

Prepare partner-scenario stories: multi-party deals, architecture reviews, and how you unblocked technical objections. Be ready to whiteboard a high-level solution, explain why you’d choose certain patterns, and how you enable non-EDB partner engineers. Ask about partner tiers, target use cases, travel, and how architects are measured.

Fit summary

Strong fit if you enjoy pre-sales architecture, partner ecosystems, and teaching complex platform choices in plain language. Thin on location specificity (country-level only) and no compensation or review data in the payload—clarify base location, hybrid expectations, and partner portfolio in screening.

Day in the role

As a Partner Solution Architect at EnterpriseDB, you would typically translate partner and customer technical needs into architecture guidance, support joint solution design, and help partners position and implement EDB-related offerings. Expect discovery calls, reference architectures, demos or workshops, and close work with sales, partner managers, and customer engineers. Success looks like clear technical recommendations, enablement for partner teams, and deals that progress without unresolved architecture blockers.

Skills to emphasize

Strengthen partner-facing architecture skills: discovery facilitation, reference designs, competitive differentiation, and clear trade-off communication. Deepen platform knowledge relevant to EnterpriseDB’s stack and common integration patterns (data platforms, cloud deployment, security/compliance). No certification list or costs were provided for this occupation family.
