About the Role You'll lead SOCi's partner marketing strategy and execution, creating programs that enable ecosystem partners to sell with confidence and consistency. This role combines strategic campaign design, hands-on content creation, and AI-driven workflow development to build partner capacity and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do Design and launch co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and partner events focused on generating qualified pipeline and partner-sourced revenue Create turnkey enablement packages—pitch decks, positioning guides, case studies, product briefs—ready for partner deployment with minimal customization Build a scalable partner resource hub with templated, on-brand materials that accelerate future campaign launches Develop interactive product demonstrations (using platforms like Navattic) for partner-led product training and sales enablement Oversee market development funds (MDF), partner incentive programs, and SPIFFs; track spend against revenue impact Drive partner communications, business reviews, and roadmap briefings to strengthen relationships and ecosystem retention Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to align strategy with partner needs Use AI tools to rapidly produce and customize partner content; develop repeatable workflows and prompt libraries to scale team output What We're Looking For Must-Have: 3–5 years B2B SaaS marketing experience running campaigns, content initiatives, or demand programs Direct background in partner or channel marketing Strong ownership mentality and hands-on content creation skills Active use of AI tools for content production and workflow automation Comfort setting and reporting on pipeline, ARR, or engagement metrics Ability to work 100% remote Nice-to-Have: Experience with interactive demo platforms (Navattic, Reprise, Storylane) Knowledge of enablement systems (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, Showpad) Familiarity with PRM tools (Impartner, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Allbound) Track record managing MDF or co-branded partnerships More About SOCi SOCi leads in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location enterprises.
