CIEE is seeking a Participant Services Associate to provide direct support to individuals and partners involved in CIEE’s BridgeUSA programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a global and fast-paced work environment, and a strong ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience (strongly preferred)
- Second language skills (plus)
- Valid US Passport
- U.S. driver’s license
