We are looking for a driven Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who thrives on hands-on, direct patient care. In this Doral-based position, you will deliver treatment grounded in current clinical evidence while working alongside a close-knit, patient-centered team that values collaboration and individualized outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation patients
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and hands-on interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Support active, motivated patients as they work toward their recovery and performance goals
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and uphold evidence-based standards of care
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Current or eligible PTA licensure to practice in Florida
• Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on therapy and working with an active patient population
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Availability for a part-time schedule on-site in Doral, Miami-Dade County
