As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Diamond Springs location, you'll work the mid shift under the guidance of the Store Manager and Area Manager, helping deliver the dependable, customer-first experience Hassan & Sons Inc is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions, and handle customer payments with care.
- Greet shoppers warmly and assist them throughout their visit to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and visually inviting through regular merchandising and presentation tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of food and beverage offerings.
