About the Role
As a Part-time Caregiver working the evening (PM) shift, you will support our residents with everyday living activities while fostering a safe, encouraging, and nurturing community. This non-medical position centers on personal care and attentive supervision, helping each resident maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Spanish-speaking applicants are especially encouraged to apply, as bilingual skills are a welcome asset in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Provide attentive, non-medical personal care and supervision throughout the evening shift.
- Help cultivate a supportive and healthy environment where residents can thrive.
- Promote the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of every resident.
- Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to caring for and supporting senior residents.
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to caregiving.
- Ability to assist with non-medical personal care and daily supervision.
- Availability to work the PM (evening) shift on a part-time basis.
- Bilingual Spanish is considered a plus.
