Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and current financial records in QuickBooks Online.
What You Will Do
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, match incoming payments to open invoices, maintain accurate accounts payable, and generate monthly financial reports.

Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsive communication
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation
