Lavender is a nurse-owned and operated online psychiatry and therapy office seeking a part-time Behavioral Health RN to join their Nursing Operations team.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted compact RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
- Demonstrated skill in triage, crisis response, and complex clinical decision-making
- Experience with care coordination, hospital transitions, and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and support quality improvement initiatives
